How to Raise a Complaint

Homeowners contacting Pokecharm Garage Doors should receive fair and honest treatment. Please tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Review

You can raise concerns about:

• The handling of your phone inquiry or message
• Our use of your personal information
• Website content that is confusing or incorrect
• Conduct by a provider connected through our service

Concerns About Door Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. They handle their own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with completed work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of your discussions.

Tell us about the issue too. Reports help us assess honesty within the network. A provider with repeated problems may be removed. Pokecharm Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

• Your name and contact information
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number dialed or form submitted, if known
• The provider's name, if available
• An account of the problem and the outcome you would like

Our Review Process

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the issue and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we are taking.

Further Review and Outside Help

If our response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, the state licensing board may also be able to assist.
